Adultery is a very bad deed and big sin for the Adulterer in Islam. However, In this modern era, many muslims still do it. Nevertheles, Muslims know about prohibition of adultery. This paper aimed to explore further interpretation adultery according Ash-Shabuni tafsir book of Shafwatu Tafasir. study used library research method. The data collection method based on literature from scientific books related problem adultery. results revealed that unmarried adulterers ( ghairu muhsan ) were beaten hundred times exiled year while married offenders was stoned death.
